Rolling Guides: selection notes
In choosing a rolling guide, the profile of the working surface is assessed together with the shaft and bearing arrangement. The contact profile determines how the yarn or the wire sits on the roller; the connection dimensions determine whether the part fits the existing shaft. The technical ceramic body does not rust and holds its dimensions in wet and oily conditions. Whether a model turns, and where the contact gathers, varies from product to product; send us the code or the drawing and we will assess suitability together.
