Technical ceramics in industrial production
On a rod guide the yarn crosses the same narrow band every time and that band carries the whole load. The hard surface of technical ceramic delays grooving there and the cylinder keeps its roundness. As long as the surface stays smooth, the yarn tension stays steady too. Ceramic does not rust and is unaffected by moisture or chemicals. Backed by 75 years of experience.
